Choose and book is a new referral system that allows more patient choice. Patients are able to book appointments either online or by contacting the call centre by telephone.
Most services are available on choose and book, however there are some exceptions.

The doctors are employed to do NHS work and anything outside of these areas are classed as private work. This includes things like medicals, form filling and letters for employers. Please ask at reception for cost if you require anything like this.
Minor surgery is performed by and at the discretion Dr Shaikh by appointment only.
We offer a full range of travel advice which includes most travel vaccines.
This includes the ACWY vaccine which we supply together with the certificate and is charged at a fixed price for both.
Patients with long term conditions such as Asthma and Diabetes will be asked to attend surgery at various times throughout the year for health checks.
This is to ensure that we are monitoring and managing your health properly.
