Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by placing the request in the box which is in the reception. Please indicate by ticking the boxes on the white side of the prescription which items you require. If you do not have this please bring your medication to surgery in the original packaging. We ask for 48 hours notice on all repeat prescription requests.
As an alternative you can post your request to us and if you require it posting back please send a stamped addressed envelope. If you are registered with a local pharmacy we can forward your prescription to them. Please speak to your pharmacist for more details.
Telephone requests are not allowed unless previously agreed by your doctor as serious mistakes can be made.

In order to access this service you will need to obtain your password and username from the surgery. To do this you will need to visit the practice and present photo identification to one of the reception team.
